Gerrell Residence Project Overview
Eli and Julia Gerrell, a young, entrepreneurial couple based in Wakulla County, are embarking on an exciting new chapter as they design and build their dream home. Julia is a dedicated veterinarian, while Eli co-owns a successful regional road striping company. With two young boys and a growing family, they’ve outgrown their current residence and are eager to create a space that reflects their lifestyle and aspirations.
The proposed residence will be a thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home featuring modern amenities and carefully curated spaces. Key highlights include:
- A spacious covered patio with a double-sided fireplace and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.
- A heated fiberglass saltwater pool surrounded by a paver deck and landscaped with sod.
- A detached mancave/pool house featuring a multi-functional entertainment hub with a theatre, arcade room, golf simulator, and bar area.
