Forgotten Coast Animal Hospital

We were contracted to convert, what used to be the “Wilderness Way” building in Wakulla County, a premanufactured steel building, into a fully operational veterinarian clinic.
We created the design of the new interior layout and construction documents to secure all the necessary building permits. Once construction started, we monitored the construction and were the intermediary for the contractors and the client.
The building consists of a waiting room, four exam rooms, four kennel areas, an office, pharmacy, lab, treatment area, x-ray room, surgery suite, laundry and break room at a total of 3,600 square feet.
