The project consists of 22,000 sq. ft. of professional office and mercantile space. The projects goal was to develop a 22,000 sq. ft. office building on an extremely steep/ sloping site. The scope of work included conceptual/ schematic design, design development and construction documents. The shell building has a projected construction cost of $1.5 million dollars for the building shell construction.

The Hammond Design Group made a substantial effort to create a project that respected the client’s needs as well as create an aesthetically appealing building. The building consists of a brick façade, architectural precast lintels and synthetic stucco parapet utilizing a steel structural system.
